Where is spherion staffing

This is a good company but they aren't fair bout sending ppl to certain job. They didn't understand that I missed work because my attorney didn't notify me of my sentencing date. So I was incarcerated for missing court. But kept them notified on what going on and still lost my job. Pros Attendance bouns. Cons Pro is not good enough. Not great not terrible.

Weekly pay is nice. Benefits suck. Wouldnt recommend as a long term job. I loved working here. I had to quit because it was to hard on my back. Keeping busy helped my shift go faster. The job is not hard mentally but it tough on your body. Im older tho. If your young you should have no problem. Pros Co-Workers. The trainer left at lunch, and never came back. We were left to watch long videos with little interaction with the trainer. Finally one of the recently started recruiters let us sit with them to try and learn how to use the systems. It was very confusing since all we had to prepare with was the trainer speaking over a recorded video of her completing the tasks.

It was hard to get clear answers about promotions, pay bonuses, and schedules. A lot of the seasoned employees constantly talked about poor work life balance, and looking for new jobs. We constantly had to stay late quite a few times a week. We were giving little notice 45 minutes in until the end of the shift , and no overtime pay. I would not recommend anyone applying to this company. Pros The team you work with in the office.

I felt comfortable going into the actual job atmosphere with the knowledge of my position.

Pros They helped and made sure you were prepared. Cons Short breaks and needed more knowledge of the tasks being performed by the employees. They throw u to the wolves. Put me in a machine and just left me there. No direction or care given. They say your not Temps then call you Temps when you get the job.

Nobody wanted to help me but then after I quit they wanted to help then. Pros None.
