Should i save sinding skyrim

One could argue that Hircine is rather more to blame for the girl than Sinding is he couldn't stay away from humanity forever - that was why he stole the ring in the first place, so I view that incident as Hircine's sick joke.

The hunters are a moot point if you know that they're dead either way. It's no good trying to pick the "right" side in Skyrim; on average, they're all evil. I can tell you that you won't get that sword while he's alive, though.
